Description
BAYCOM, Inc, the Midwest's leading provider of digital voice, video, and data technology solutions, is seeking a confident, competitive Communications Consultant who wants to grow with our expanding business. BAYCOM offers a competitive base salary, commission, and a full benefits package. Territory will cover Southeastern WI, and may periodically require travel to our other BAYCOM facilities (Fox Valley/Green Bay).  BAYCOM will train the right candidate.

BAYCOM’s new Communications Consultant will be responsible for the sale and management of the Motorola portfolio of products for government and commercial accounts. This territory has a strong track record of success, and will always provide significant growth opportunities.

Job Responsibilities: 
The Communications Consultant will be responsible for and report on:
  • Networking with outside sources, vendors, and current customers
  • Prospecting and developing relationships with new businesses
  • Explaining the value of our products and services to stakeholders
  • Developing technical proposals and installation plans
  • Demonstrating and presenting the solutions BAYCOM provides
  • Maintaining strong relationships with current and new customers

Knowledge & Requirements: 
  • A high degree of reliability, honesty, and integrity
  • At least 2 years of sales/management experience
  • Self-starter with an excellent work ethic
  • Motivated by success in a performance driven environment
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Exceptional relationship building skills
  • Ability to work independently/remotely and develop new business relationships
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Strong organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and occasional travel as needed to support business growth.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
