Our Customer Experience Specialists are dedicated to improving the tour experience with superior audio solutions. This role includes consultation on product selection and selling or renting of tour guide equipment. TourGuide Solutions has a strong customer base of leading manufacturing, education, AV and tradeshow customers across the world, and we need a team-minded professional that wants to achieve growth through sales, marketing and business development strategy. This territory has a strong track record of success, and will provide significant growth opportunities.

 Responsibilities and Skills:

  • Timely response to inbound web and marketing leads
  • Networking with outside sources, vendors, and current customers
  • Prospecting and developing relationships with new businesses
  • Explaining the value of our products and services to stakeholders
  • Developing proposals and delivery plans
  • Demonstrating and presenting the solutions from TourGuide Solutions’ product portfolio
  • Maintaining strong relationships with current and new customers

  

 Requirements:

  • A high degree of reliability, honesty and integrity.
  • At least 2 years of on-the job or internship experience with inside or outside sales experience.
  • Self-starter with an excellent work ethic.
  • Motivated by success in a performance driven environment.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Comfort with online search, research methods and social media used to gather business intelligence and attract leads.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast pace environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Team player and ability to collaborate with various working associates and work teams.
  • Microsoft suite and computer skill proficiency.
  • Some travel is required within the United States for tradeshows, onsite support, training and strategic planning meetings.

 

Preferred:

An Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Education or Marketing or equivalent combination of experience and alternate degree in related field.
