Description
BAYCOM, a leading a provider of two-way radio communications, is seeking an Executive Assistant to join our team in Green Bay, Wisconsin!
 
Job Summary:

The Executive Assistant will report directly to the President, providing primary support to the President and secondary support to the Leadership Team. As an integral member of the team, the Executive Assistant will assist in a variety of administrative, sales and operational projects for BAYCOM and TourGuide Solutions.

 
Duties and Responsibilities:
 
  • Prepare and edit company communications, presentations, and other documents
  • Create management dashboards for company metrics
  • Attend and assist in coordinating the agenda of weekly leadership meetings
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments for the President and Leadership Team
  • Arrange and coordinate company events and meetings which include finding the location, menu planning, and travel arrangements for employees at all levels
  • Coordinate collection of department content and publish quarterly company newsletter
  • Schedule and coordinate company product and process training
  • Assist with Facility management needs and tasks
  • Order and distribution of office and copy room supplies
  • Manage relationships with various outside vendors (ex: snow removal, cleaning service, vending, etc.)
  • Become the CRM system expert for the operations team and internal trainer for CRM
 
Requirements:
 
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in other administration positions
  • Exemplary planning and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • High level verbal and written communication skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Microsoft suite and computer skill proficiency
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast pace environment
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Team player and ability to collaborate with various working associates and work teams
 
Preferred:
 
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business and 5+ years minimum in administrative role or education and equivalent combination of experience
