Opportunity: Sales Support Specialist
 

Our associates are dedicated to improving the tour experience with superior audio solutions. As an integral member of the team, the Sales Support Specialist will assist in a variety of administrative, sales and operational projects for TourGuide Solutions. The Sales Support Specialist will report directly to the Marketing & Business Development Manager, providing administrative support to the TourGuide Solutions sales team.

 

This is a great entry-level position to gain sales, product management and marketing experience selling the highest-rated technology solutions in the industry. You will have the opportunity to provide input and continuous improvement in a team environment to support sale, marketing and e-commerce initiatives.

 

Responsibilities and Skills:

  • Prepare and edit customer communications, quotations, presentations, and other documents.
  • Manage equipment repair and demo programs, including coordination internally and communication externally.
  • Support research initiatives and data/list development.
  • Assist with management dashboards for company metrics.
  • Assist in coordinating the agenda of weekly leadership and team meetings.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments and tradeshow events for sales team.
  • Arrange and coordinate events and meetings, including finding a location, menu planning, and travel arrangements for employees at all levels.
  • Order and distribution of office and copy room supplies.
  • Become the CRM system expert, providing data entry of sales opportunities and internal training for CRM.
  • Support sales team with handling inventory, shipment and return of equipment, and credit card payments.
  • Answer customer inquiries from the toll-free number when needed.

 

Requirements:

  • Previous on-the job or internship experience with supporting inside or outside sales or other direct customer interaction.
  • Exemplary planning and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
  • High-level verbal and written communications skills.
  • Comfort with online search, research methods and social media used to gather business intelligence.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast pace environment.
  • Team player and ability to collaborate with various working associates and work teams.
  • Microsoft suite and computer skill proficiency.
  • Minimal travel is required within the United States for training and strategic planning meetings.

 

Preferred:

  • An Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Business and 3+ years minimum in an administrative role or an equivalent combination of experience.
