BAYCOM, a leading a provider of two-way radio communications, is seeking a Service Coordinator to join our team in Green Bay, Wisconsin!

Job Description & Responsibilities:
The Service Coordinator is a motivated, versatile, vital part of our team. The Service Coordinator receives, records, and posts work orders for the BAYCOM service department. Coordination dispatches service technicians to install and service wireless communications equipment to a variety of public safety and commercial businesses. This is a rewarding career which includes the following job activities:

• Answers incoming calls from customers and forwards messages to appropriate personnel and process customer service requests
• Dispatch technicians to a variety of locations in Eastern Wisconsin
• Schedule technicians job requests in a timely manner to ensure quality customer service
• Follow up with service technicians to ensure they are completing all appropriate paperwork
• Schedule technician training and work with other departments/techs to ensure training, etc. is up to date
• Being 'Home Coordinator' to technicians for specific needs while in the field

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years customer service experience
• Ability to work as a team
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to multitask
• Microsoft Office Experience, including Word, Excel and Outlook
• Experience with business phone systems
• Strong problem solving skills
• High energy level
• Work well under pressure
