Description
BAYCOM, Inc, the Midwest's leading provider of digital voice, video, and data technology solutions, is seeking a confident, competitive Business Devolopment Manager who wants to grow with our expanding business. BAYCOM will train the right candidate.

 

Summary

Develop and obtain new Service Agreement business for BAYCOM, including proposals to new and current BAYCOM customers.

 

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Upload contract prospects to the Sales Team CRM and follow up with Business Development Manager to ensure sales team is following up on leads
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers as assigned, to increase understanding and appreciation of Service Agreements
  • Maintain quarterly Service Agreement commission schedule
  • Responsible for understanding the proper set-up of Service Agreements within the business software
  • Work with Marketing to create directives within territory that will drive new sales
  • Meet phone call and face-to-face meeting quotas monthly
  • Responsible for monthly Service Agreement quota
  • Have a positive “team” attitude & think outside the box to develop tactics to acquire new Service Agreement accounts

  • Excellent communication, data manipulation skills
  • Critical eye for details and adept at data mining and analysis
  • Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple, competing demands
  • Must be a self-starter requiring minimal guidance
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills
  • Positive attitude towards employees and customers
  • Superior customer service skills
  • Some travel required
