Summary
Develop and obtain new Service Agreement business for BAYCOM, including proposals to new and current BAYCOM customers.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
- Upload contract prospects to the Sales Team CRM and follow up with Business Development Manager to ensure sales team is following up on leads
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers as assigned, to increase understanding and appreciation of Service Agreements
- Maintain quarterly Service Agreement commission schedule
- Responsible for understanding the proper set-up of Service Agreements within the business software
- Work with Marketing to create directives within territory that will drive new sales
- Meet phone call and face-to-face meeting quotas monthly
- Responsible for monthly Service Agreement quota
- Have a positive “team” attitude & think outside the box to develop tactics to acquire new Service Agreement accounts
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
- Excellent communication, data manipulation skills
- Critical eye for details and adept at data mining and analysis
- Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple, competing demands
- Must be a self-starter requiring minimal guidance
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude towards employees and customers
- Superior customer service skills
- Some travel required
