Description
Job Description & Responsibilities:
This internship will provide a current student or recent graduate experience working for a B2B ecommerce company and providing sales and marketing support. The hours will be Monday-Friday 8:00AM – 4:30PM through September. This is a paid internship.
- Assist Marketing and Business Development Manager in planning and preparation of sales and marketing initiatives
- Support and document marketing and sales processes
- Assist in preparation of customer communications, quotations, presentations, and other documents
- Manage equipment repair and demo programs, including coordination internally and communication externally
- Support research initiatives and data/list development
- Assist in pulling data and sales reporting
- Assist in coordinating the agenda and follow up of weekly leadership and team meetings
- Arrange and coordinate events and meetings
- Support CRM data entry and clean-up
- Support sales team with handling inventory, shipment and return of equipment, and credit card payments
- Support sales team with follow up and answer customer inquiries or providing marketing material
- Schedule and create social media and event content
Knowledge & Requirements:
- Must be a current student or recent graduate with a Business or Marketing related degree
- Strong computer skills are required
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Attention to detail, shows initiative and reliability
